The sterling silver Ae Fond Kiss charm is a small handcrafted silver charm, formed into a rugged heart shape and hand inscribed with the motto "Ae Fond Kiss". The detachable charm perfectly complements other pieces in the collection, and can also be added to your own bracelets.
This delicate charm is inspired by the Robert Burns love song 'Ae fond kiss and then we sever', which he wrote in 1791 as a fond farewell to a loved one before she set off for Jamaica. As such, it would make the perfect parting gift for someone special before they set of on their travels.
About The Designer:
Sheila Kerr is a Scottish jewellery designer with more than 20 years experience in designing and manufacturing high quality bespoke pieces.
From her studio in Ayrshire on the west coast of Scotland, she works with precious metals, gemstones, freshwater pearls and Swarovski crystals to create a stunning, handmade range of necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, wedding jewellery and more.
