As if the Jolie family couldn’t be more impressive. Angelina Jolie - actress, director, model, mother - celebrated the release of her movie Maleficent: Mistress of Evil last month. She bought her children to the premiere, including her 14-year-old daughter Zahara Jolie-Pitt who has recently followed in her mother’s creative footsteps by launching her own line of jewellery.
Jewellery designer Robert Procop is renowned for lavish diamond and precious gemstone designs. He has a long history with the Jolie family, creating jewellery for many of Angelina’s red carpet looks as well as the engagement ring Brad Pitt proposed to Angelina with. Zahara has collaborated with Robert Procop on a line of jewellery, including the earrings and bracelet she was seen wearing at the premiere.
The Jolie family are renowned for their charitable giving, and it seems they have raised their children to cherish the same values. Zahara will therefore donate all the profits from her jewellery collection to the House of Ruth Maryland charity - an organisation dedicated to protecting women against violence.
The collection will include white and pink quartz gemstone designs as well as pink sapphires. Saks Fifth Avenue in New York will be the first retailer to launch the collection, with other global retailers following suit.
