Naomi Jewelry’s Elisabeth collection was created to honor her extraordinary friend who lost her battle with cancer in 2009. The collection was designed by Naomi Tussin to support The Center for Integrative Medicine at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT.
“She was a woman I learned from time and again. She lived her life with a vibrancy that warmed the rest of us, and died with beauty and grace which touched me deeply. When we lost her, the world became a little darker. The expanded Elizabeth Collection, inspired by her, reminds me every day that she is still a force for good.”
When Naomi designed and named the Liz-It-Is necklace and earrings, she told Elisabeth that she intended to make them donation pieces. Elisabeth chose her cause and Naomi Jewelry continues to support the services that supported Elisabeth through her illness. With each piece sold, Naomi makes a donation to support the services that supported Liz at The Center for Integrative Medicine at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
“The Center serves patients and the family members who care for them. Services integrate complementary and alternative therapies with conventional care. Donations made by Naomi Jewelry from the proceeds of profits help to replenish supplies urgently needed.”
Handcrafted from brushed sterling silver and lustrous freshwater pearls, the wearable collection features two necklaces, two earrings and one bracelet design. Each piece is handcrafted in America by a detail-driven team of artisans.
