We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Champion to act as our first point of contact for customers via multiple channels, including email, live chat, telephone and video call.
As our Customer Service Champion you will be the face of our business and will resolve all customer enquiries and process all orders, liaising directly with both the Customer and the Designer to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions at all times.
The Customer Service Champion will love and cherish both our retail customers, and our independent designers, and your strength of personality and friendliness will quickly ensure you are on first name terms.
Our customers will trust you and listen to your advice and recommendations when you inform them of new designers on the website and new items they may like.
Your existing customer service experience will ensure you have the confidence to build that kind of rapport with our customers.
