Quince jewellery is handmade in sterling silver and gold vermeil, set with colourful gems and pearls - these pieces are to be bought by women for women, to be worn and enjoyed.
Ancient, knobbly yet with a beautiful colour and perfume the quince fruit seems to perfectly represent the spirit of my jewellery collection.
I am an art historian turned jewellery designer. My design inspiration comes from a love of old paintings and historical jewellery. Having worked in the fashion business and luxury goods for many years (Mulberry, De Beers) I fulfilled a dream in 2016 by starting Quince Jewellery, creating the kind of jewellery that I love to wear - these pieces are to be bought by women for women, to be worn and enjoyed.
I love travel, texture and colour, I love rooting around in the gem markets of Rajistan or thumbing through books for inspiration. Each piece is unique and handmade so you will not see the full collection on my website, only the pieces that are easier to repeat. I get pleasure from talking to my customers and delight in their return for another piece of Quince.
All my products are my own designs and exclusive to me. The jewellery is made from sterling silver and some is gold plated on to silver. Many items are set with semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls.
Some items are made in a small workshop in Pune, India and others are made or assembled in the UK by me in my workshop. All pieces are handmade and rigorously quality controlled.
