RETURNS
If you have changed your mind about keeping your purchase, you can return it and receive a refund for the vast majority of products.
Returns Policy

Your returned order must arrive back into the designers inventory no later than 28 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that the boutique will accept the order for refund. |

You must create a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact JewelStreet concierge if you have any queries relating to this. |
3. |
Please note if you have returned an item from a country other than your delivery country, you might have to pay additional import duties. Please ensure you mark your goods as a returned item. |
4. |
Once your return has been received by the boutique and it complies with the returns policy, you will be refunded by your original payment method. The refund does not include shipping costs. |
5. |
We strongly advise all customers to check orders thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached security tags and before disposing of any original packaging. |

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with original tags attached. If an item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded. |

We recommend that you return items in their original packaging, with insured and / or tracked postage where necessary to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. |
8. |
Earrings must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Underwear and swimwear must be returned with the hygine strip intact. |
9. |
Returns will not be accepted for personalised items, bespoke/commissioned items or made to order pieces unless faulty. |
Can I return a piece of jewellery?
To return an item it must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Designers on JewelStreet offers a 14 days returns policy, however this does not apply to certain items of excluded jewellery, which are outlined below. Please be aware that the goods need to be sent back to the designer of origin within 28 days and meet the requirements detailed below to be eligible for a refund.
Return items will be checked by the designer to confirm that they have been returned unworn and in the same condition as they were sent. Following this, your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method.
Which products are excluded from the refund policy?
The following items are excluded from our refund policy and cannot be returned:

Personalised items, bespoke items, customised items and items that have been made to order. |
2. |
Earrings which have been opened and removed from their sealed packaging (for hygiene reasons). |
3. |
Items that have had their security tag removed. |
4. |
Items that have been worn or are not in the same condition as when they were shipped. |
What if the jewellery was broken or faulty?
In the rare situation where your order is received damaged or faulty, please contact our Concierge team and we will look to get a replacement shipped to you as quickly as possible. You will need to send back the original piece; if the faulty item is not received, you may be invoiced for the replacement.
RETURNS PROCESS
In order to return your purchase please follow these steps:

Log in to your account and go to the "My Account" page. |
2. |
Select "Returns" in the left menu. |
3. |
Click the "Create Request" button to create a new return request. |
4. |
Select the order you wish to return from the "Order" dropdown. |
5. |
Complete the "Package Opened", "Request Type", "Reason", and "Shipment Tracking Number" fields. You can include any additional information for the designer in the "Message" field and attach images by clicking the "Add Attachment" button. |
6. |
Click "Submit Return" to create a new return request. This will notify the designer of your request who will contact you with details of where and how to send your return. |
7. |
When the return is recieved by the designer the refund will be processed to your original payment method and will be in your account within 14 days maximum. |
