The metal is 750-white gold (18ka).  The black rose-cut diamonds are of a really high quality. Note the very symmetrical cut and that there are no cavities or cracks on the surface of the stones, which otherwise are very common in the black diamonds.

The earrings are skillfully handmade. The diamonds are in beautiful millegrain set which is a traditional technique and gives the studs a nice finished look. The earring backs are sturdy and made of a white gold sheet. Therefore they can be adjusted with good tension and you won’t loose these earrings when wearing them.
